They don't deliver the services they offer, they stop collaborating with airlines without prior notice, they only refund money if you call repeatedly, they don't answer emails, they scam people. I don't recommend buying through them. When you call, they save your number and then never answer because they know it's to demand they fulfill the promised services. Yes but you forgot to said, i didnt ask to get money back, i paid a insurance with you to change dates and one month before i call and you told me we can change dates 3 days before the flight , but when i call 2 weeks later you stop colaboration with the airline with out let know to the custumers … thats still money, you refund the money from the insurance after 2 weeks and because i call, you didnt answer the mail in 9 days and the company save my phone number to dont answer never again…
