I contacted customer service for cancelling and refund, and my request was processed very quickly and efficiently.Thank you, Märta, for your excellent and professional customer service.another feedback is that I would like to suggest a review of the cancellation fee, currently set at 595 NOK per person, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This amount feels somewhat excessive, and a reduction to around 300 NOK would seem more reasonable and fair. Adjusting the fee could improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience with Sembo.
