I just want to make a point of saying thank you to Madellen who helped me with a Ferry/Hotel Booking I had to change. When her systems were running slow on my initial phone call she offered to take my request and contact me via email. I really appreciated being able to get on with my day rather than being asked to 'hold' indefinitely.Her subsequent email responses to my questions were quick. And her patience and understanding when my credit card payment blocked really put me at ease.My booking was for a business trip - important to me and costly had I not been able to change it.
