One star, because you can’t rate 0. We received information that our return flight has been moved to a departure 6 days later. When we called Sembo to have them change the tickets to a departure that was only 1 day later than the initial plan, we we’re told that we would receive further information within a week or we could get a full refund. After 10 days we called and asked for an update, here we were told to wait another month. Turkish Airlines could easily change the tickets on the spot, but since we bought through Sembo, Sembo would have to do the change, i.e. Sembo is the hold-up. We told Sembo about this and they told us that we will know more 2 weeks before departure, which is without a doubt the most hopeless answer we have ever received, seeing that 2 weeks before departure tickets will be too expensive to reimburse or change. All the people we talk to now give us the same answer “I’m not the person to handle this”, but can’t tell us who to contact instead. Horrible customer service, horrible company.
