Love the product easy to use and comfortable. Delivery was about 2 weeks. Only issue I've had is to tighten or loosen the buckle doesn't move freely. So you have to change without them in carrier or attempt to hold baby in position whilst moving. Definitely not a hands free carrier. But makes a big difference, that extra support saving my wrists getting so sore. I'm glad I've bought one.
