Overall, the product is sound and serving its purpose. I did not buy it thinking I could be hands-free, so I'm happy that my hands are mostly free because you definitely have to hold your baby while in the carrier. That's especially true the smaller the baby. It was not clear that this product is not shipping from the US, and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking did not update and therefore was not helpful.
