I'm not going to lie, reading the reviews I thought is been scammed, and wrote my money offIt did take a little while, but I emailed them to follow up on the order and got a fast reply, which gave a full update, wasn't just an automated response (considering half the reviews say they get no response at all etc) But it got delivered the next day, the quality is good, carrying is good, little one likes it Maybe they have improved everything following the bad reviews, but my experience was absolutely fine and positiveGood customer service, a little long on the delivery but it came absolutely fine, probably because I didn't have an estimated date of delivery I was a bit worried. But yeah everything positive for meGoes to show, don't take every review as gospel
