What I received was nothing like what I ordered. There was no minor difference; it was a completely different product in style, colors, and overall appearance. Had the delivered item matched what was shown on the website, I wouldn’t have spent any money on it. It’s particularly shocking that I was never notified that my desired arrangement was unavailable. The company just took my payment and sent something else, assuming I would accept it without question. This is not how ethical businesses should operate. The most concerning aspect is that the company claims this is covered by a ‘substitution policy,’ but this policy is not mentioned anywhere during the ordering process, and after searching their site, I found no trace of it. If customers are to receive something entirely different from what they ordered, this should be clearly communicated upfront. Otherwise, the product listings are misleading. What’s the point of showcasing specific arrangements if customers have no guarantee of receiving anything similar to what was advertised? I would never trust this company again, nor would I consider placing another order knowing this is their approach. Flowers are often bought for significant emotional moments, and this company shows no regard for that or for their customers. I'm leaving this review to caution others: what you order may not match what you receive, you won’t be informed beforehand, and they think this is acceptable. Steer clear.
