If I could put less than one star, I would. I ordered from sendblooms.ca of 18 roses and they delivered only 12. I then messaged their online customer service live chat and no one responded. It just kept saying connecting to a live agent for the next 12 to 14 hours. I then called their customer service number to clarify if their online portal was live, and they said yes it’s open 24 hours. So clearly that that’s incorrect.
I then told the representative that I had gotten the wrong order and she said she’s not able to do anything with my order and I would need to email in which would then take another 24 to 48 hours for them to respond.
So now I’ve emailed them to tell them that I had received the wrong order and all I wanted was a refund of the difference since I didn’t get what I had initially ordered. And they refuse to refund the difference because they “ we have confirmed, packed and received the flowers”. Even after telling them multiple times that the order is incorrect they refused to acknowledge that.

Ordered for valentines they delivered it the day before. Ok nice but I ordered it FOR Valentine’s Day and I wants there to get it. No message either that they even showed up. So no flowers for valentines I guess so thanks for that. I call and it’s an Indian lady who doesn’t even know what she’s doing. No refund either. Horrible place they’ll ruin everything for you.

If customers are to receive something entirely different from what they ordered, this should be clearly communicated upfront. Otherwise, the product listings are misleading. What’s the point of showcasing specific arrangements if customers have no guarantee of receiving anything similar to what was advertised? I would never trust this company again, nor would I consider placing another order knowing this is their approach. Flowers are often bought for significant emotional moments, and this company shows no regard for that or for their customers. I'm leaving this review to caution others: what you order may not match what you receive, you won’t be informed beforehand, and they think this is acceptable. Steer clear.

I was not delivered on the requested date, which was a Saturday. When I called to inquire, I was informed that their courier does not deliver to this location before. What a ruined surprise! They offered to add a box of cookies as compensation, but instead, the customer received a bar of chocolate, which felt like a cheap response. I will not purchase from this company again and certainly won’t recommend it.
This is an absolute scam. The online picture was drastically misleading. They sent a poor-quality product. When I raised the issue, they showed no remorse. SAVE YOUR MONEY; you can find a better arrangement at a local store or through delivery services. I wish I could share photos.
I paid for a large flower arrangement, and the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered was shocking—worse than even the picture of the small arrangement. I feel completely duped, and worse, the recipient received a small and poor bouquet instead of the large expression of appreciation she deserved.
I had a wonderful experience with the service. The flowers were stunning, arrived on time, and communication was excellent. The recipient was thrilled and mentioned that the driver was very courteous. I would definitely order from this company again.
