If I could put less than one star, I would. I ordered from sendblooms.ca of 18 roses and they delivered only 12. I then messaged their online customer service live chat and no one responded. It just kept saying connecting to a live agent for the next 12 to 14 hours. I then called their customer service number to clarify if their online portal was live, and they said yes it’s open 24 hours. So clearly that that’s incorrect.
I then told the representative that I had gotten the wrong order and she said she’s not able to do anything with my order and I would need to email in which would then take another 24 to 48 hours for them to respond.
So now I’ve emailed them to tell them that I had received the wrong order and all I wanted was a refund of the difference since I didn’t get what I had initially ordered. And they refuse to refund the difference because they “ we have confirmed, packed and received the flowers”. Even after telling them multiple times that the order is incorrect they refused to acknowledge that.
