I ordered flowers and "12 Beautiful Roses with 1/2 Kg Fruit Cake" on 2/11/25 to be delivered on 2/14/25 . Not only this was not delivered on the 14th ( but a day later) but its ok they were busy maybe. But the flowers are old and the there was no fruit cake , there were few pieces of destroyed brownies . I will be sending pictures to the customer service . I am totally upset and disappointed as before i had always great experience .
