They charge more than what they provide. The quality and quantity of fruits and flowers received are disappointing and do not match what is advertised online. While it may not be identical to the photo, it should at least be proportional to the payment made. The cost is too high for what was delivered. They mislead customers online. I hope they can improve and enhance customer satisfaction.

Terrible service. The flowers were not delivered, unlike my previous order. I received no updates and had to keep reaching out to the recipient. They even required proof of payment for the flowers. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I will never order from here again.
The flowers did not arrive on time. I couldn't reach anyone through the provided phone numbers, and they all led to the same voicemail. There was no response at all, making it feel like a scam. EDIT - They finally arrived on Monday, and they were really nice, although they were a day late.
