The celebrant did not received the flowers on the date requested September 21, 2025. I am very very disappointed that my girlfriend did not received the flowers on her birthday, requested date delivery. Please kindly refund the amount i paid if the flowers is not received on September 22, 2025. Credit card didpute will follow if the flowers will not delivered on September 22, 2025
