I ordered the flowers to arrive on someone's birthday with a delivery date and time of 6/21 before 10am. I even included in the message that it's vital they arrive before 10am as the party will be leaving at 10am for an overnight stay. Not only did they not deliver at the scheduled time, but they would not honor my request to cancel the order and insisted on delivering them AFTER they received my request to cancel and refused to refund my payment. Plus they are nothing like the image they represented on their website!! They are not honorable and should not be in business!!
