I ordered items online, and this was the shipping service assigned after several days of waiting for my package. My package was marked as delivered, but it went to an entirely incorrect location. I attempted to contact the courier for support, but received no response despite multiple attempts. This service has been terrible. I placed my order two weeks ago and expected it to arrive at the correct address.
