I’ve tried to reach out to the courier multiple times for help, but have received no response. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since I placed my order two weeks ago and expected it to arrive at the correct address.

I've ordered from three different sellers who used this service for delivery. Items were shipped from overseas, arrived in my country, cleared customs, and then inexplicably disappeared. I will avoid ordering from anyone who utilizes this service.
I would not give any stars if that were an option. This shipping service is terrible. You’ll wait an entire month for a package that they claim will arrive within two weeks. They also lack proper communication methods to address frustrations. I would never recommend or use this service again!
Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid on January 28th, and now it’s February 24th. According to their tracking, the parcel hasn’t even left its origin after 27 days. It was stuck for 18 days before being picked up and has been stuck in transit for 5 days now. Terrible shipping experience.
