Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid on January 28th, and now it’s February 24th. According to their tracking, the parcel hasn’t even left its origin after 27 days. It was stuck for 18 days before being picked up and has been stuck in transit for 5 days now. Terrible shipping experience.
