I ordered items online and was assigned this shipping service. After days of waiting, I was informed that my package had been delivered to the wrong location. I’ve tried to reach out to the courier multiple times for help, but have received no response. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since I placed my order two weeks ago and expected it to arrive at the correct address.
