SendGrid abruptly suspended our account during a critical sales campaign, causing direct financial loss. The reason cited a dispute over generic email aliases and affirmative consent ignored our clear proof that our list consists *only* of existing users who provided their emails during checkout. We sent only 3,437 emails out of the 50k quota. Despite our full cooperation and the severe business impact, they refused to lift the suspension under reasonable terms and ultimately denied our refund request. They took our money but prevented us from using the service. Avoid SendGrid if you value fair policy judgment, reliable service, and a reasonable refund process.
