I have ordered two video books from Heirloom for business purposes. The online portal to design and customize books is easy to use and includes a fairly robust set of options, like uploading custom fonts. We need these to be on brand with our organization, and we can achieve that. So we'll continue to use Heirloom!We have had to work through customer service for a problem that was on our side of transaction, and customer service is responsive and kind ... couldn't ask for better.Highly recommend Heirloom Video Books!
