Very easy flawless process!!!! I wasn’t sure if my order went through and I got an error message when trying to view my order. So I emailed the company and they replied within/less than 48hrs letting me know what happened and sending me a new link to view my order processing. They were so kind and understanding, and answered any questions I could’ve had within the first message back. I will be using them again for more special occasions in my life, they are amazing and deserve recognition for this outstanding company they are running together.
I mistakenly read a bad review of a company with a similar name. As a result, when something went ‘wrong’ (which ended up being my email spam filter to blame) I was on edge. The head of the company personally reached out and smoothed things over and went out of her way to ensure the order was frictionless. It was really impactful. The online portal to design and customize books is easy to use and includes a fairly robust set of options, like uploading custom fonts. We need these to be on brand with our organization, and we can achieve that. I ordered 3 video books for presents of our first family Disney Cruise. They were easy to create, arrived quickly, and were beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the volume of the song on the books and reached out to Alyssa. She took the time to re-download my song and video and showed me how to remove the original song and upload the newer one. I can't say how happy I am with these and this company.
