We also paid extra for insurance. The pick up in Ibiza was made, but the delivery never. You have received from us since May by email after you requested it, a lot of information that includes a CCTV photograph our package in the warehouse that was provided to us by your local partner here, screen shots to phone call logs, whats app messages and emails etc. You asked for this and we sent it to you, but you have never even responded!I want to receive conformation ASAP that the insurance is being applied and I want the reimbursement transferred to me ASAP.
