AVOID

Nothing on the website works after payment. I want sent labels for my packages and trying to contact customer service is impossible. Links lead to 404s, I end up in circles trying to create an account, and when I finally found an email address for them, they tell me to use my account on the website.I've never seen anything like it! And I've just paid €400 for this!

Reliable deliveries across europe

So far i have used sendiroo with success. The website experience could be improved, and it would be nice if you could talk to them on the phone in case of something happens. On this last time I had an issue with a parcel not picked up on the day and Claudia from the customer service was able to help me. It was an issue with the distribution company anyways. I would say it is reliable and it works.
