The next update claimed it was delivered the following afternoon, which was also incorrect. They later mentioned that the parcel was returned to their depot an hour after the supposed delivery time. A subsequent update stated it was delivered the day after, but there was no contact from the delivery driver and no sign of the parcel. Their final response asserted it had been delivered two days later, despite earlier stating it was scanned back into their depot shortly after. They claim to have initiated an internal investigation but are expecting me to provide CCTV footage. An absolutely frustrating experience.
