completely ineffective service. Unwilling to follow instructions for delivery, claimed they tried to deliver, but there was no intercom ring. Instead, they stated there was no safe spot to leave it. In my situation, it was a locked letterbox. This has occurred multiple times... dreadful service.
The service was initially beneficial for my online business, but a significant issue highlighted the shortcomings of their customer support. The $300 'insurance' on shipped items is nearly impossible to claim. After sending a damaged item to a customer, I submitted the tax invoice, detailed images of the damage, and proof of sale, yet they refused to issue a refund. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service. Proceed with caution.
I was at home expecting a parcel intended for Christmas Eve. To my shock, I received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered!!! After several inquiries, I received three photos as "Proof of delivery". Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered to an incorrect address and to someone else. Thank you, the service, for spoiling my Christmas Eve!

The item was dispatched promptly, but the wrong address was on the package. Mistakes happen, so I tried to rectify it. I received a message stating ‘delivery returned to depot,’ but which depot? I had no clue. I attempted to use the redelivery option on their website, but after several days of waiting, I heard nothing. I searched for answers and found a 'chat with us' feature, only to be met with a bot that insisted I had received prior notifications, which I did not. Eventually, I was connected to a representative who told me that redirecting deliveries was not part of their agreement with their courier partners. I questioned why they had claimed they could redeliver. I was told I could pick it up from the depot, but when I asked for specifics, I got vague answers. I was told it was with a third-party courier. After several calls and a frustrating back-and-forth, I was finally able to retrieve my package after a long drive. Just as I got home, I received a notification saying 'Delivery Complete!' I certainly did not enjoy this experience.

The platform indicated that the initial delivery attempt failed due to no one being at home, yet we were present all day. The next update claimed it was delivered the following afternoon, which was also incorrect. They later mentioned that the parcel was returned to their depot an hour after the supposed delivery time. A subsequent update stated it was delivered the day after, but there was no contact from the delivery driver and no sign of the parcel. Their final response asserted it had been delivered two days later, despite earlier stating it was scanned back into their depot shortly after. They claim to have initiated an internal investigation but are expecting me to provide CCTV footage. An absolutely frustrating experience.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. After four days and numerous calls, they still haven’t picked up my parcel. They don’t offer drop-off for international items. Their team can’t even manage a simple pick-up. Avoid this service at all costs.
