My experience with this service has been nothing short of a comedy of errors, but sadly, it’s not amusing. I ordered a product on December 8, well in advance for Christmas. The item was dispatched promptly, but the wrong address was on the package. Mistakes happen, so I tried to rectify it. I received a message stating ‘delivery returned to depot,’ but which depot? I had no clue. I attempted to use the redelivery option on their website, but after several days of waiting, I heard nothing. I searched for answers and found a 'chat with us' feature, only to be met with a bot that insisted I had received prior notifications, which I did not. Eventually, I was connected to a representative who told me that redirecting deliveries was not part of their agreement with their courier partners. I questioned why they had claimed they could redeliver. I was told I could pick it up from the depot, but when I asked for specifics, I got vague answers. I was told it was with a third-party courier. After several calls and a frustrating back-and-forth, I was finally able to retrieve my package after a long drive. Just as I got home, I received a notification saying 'Delivery Complete!' I certainly did not enjoy this experience.
