Ordered balloons for a special occasion and asked for delivery to be the day before the big birthday. Got message from DPD saying the order was delayed. Whilst not the fault of the company, I did email them to say that I had been in contact with DPD after another delay with delivery and that they had said I wouldn’t get delivery for another 2 days. So delivery was supposed to be a Wednesday and I got told it would be the Monday before receiving. Emailed the company to advise and they have ignored my email. I did get the delivery on the Saturday but balloons were deflated a bit. Will not use this company again. Customer service is non existent.
