So I ordered balloons for my daughters birthday today(15/2) .By 3pm Friday had nothing from dpd who do the delivery..I thot there might delay because it was Valentines weekend so to be sure everything was OK I called them.Lines were busy so left a message.Within half an hour I had a message with tracking details to arrive Sat as I had ordered.They arrived on time and I have to say I was delighted with the balloons which were for my daughters 30th.I would definitely recommend and use again.The cupcakes that were sent were delicious so thank you for a prompt delivery on what must be one of the busiest weekends of the year.👍

Decided to order from this company when my usual balloon delivery service had sold out of the ones I was after. Didn’t think to read the reviews until after I placed my order and immediately panicked that I’d made an awful mistake, BUT the balloons arrived the very next day (as requested) in perfect condition. Not only that but the free cupcakes had survived the journey, having been carefully stuck down to the bottom of the box. Yes, the reviews are mixed, but personally I couldn’t fault this company.
Ordered balloons for a special occasion and asked for delivery to be the day before the big birthday. Got message from DPD saying the order was delayed. Whilst not the fault of the company, I did email them to say that I had been in contact with DPD after another delay with delivery and that they had said I wouldn’t get delivery for another 2 days. So delivery was supposed to be a Wednesday and I got told it would be the Monday before receiving. Emailed the company to advise and they have ignored my email. I did get the delivery on the Saturday but balloons were deflated a bit. Will not use this company again. Customer service is non existent.
Excellent balloons and excellent customer service via phone. I had a few queries before placing my order. My emailed question didn't produce sufficient answers to I phoned, and James was extremely helpful. The balloons were top class, and have stayed inflated for over a week. I would recommend, and would buy from them again
I ordered balloons and a birthday cake for my husband'd 66th. The delivery was on schedule when suddenly a late morning update from DPD said they couldn't deliver.I called the company and spoke to a very lovely lady named Clair. She found out the problem with DPD and could not apologise enough. Clair immediately refunded the coat paid , I didn't have to ask. She also allowed the balloons to be delivered next day for my husband to enjoy. My husband who's disabled from a major stroke was so excited when they were released from the box. The balloons were beautiful and the chocolate birthday cake was absolutely delicious...Clair went above and beyond and that is true customer service. Thank you Clair for your kindness, your understanding and your support. I remain extremely grateful to you.I will definitely order again with this company..and would highly recommend themLin
Balloons arrived the Monday instead of the Saturday meaning they were late and slightly deflated and the cupcakes were squashed in the box. I contacted the company who have chosen to not respond. Will not be using again and do not recommend.
Was a bit apprehensive to buy the balloons from this site at first as never heard of them and not all reviews were good. But glad I did as they delivery was swift, balloons good quality and cakes were tasty too. All well packaged, plus it's been 3 weeks and the balloons are still going strong.
I received some balloons for my 40th Birthday which my Mum had organised to be delivered to me and when they arrive 2 of them were flat. I have sent various emails with you and to date I have had one reply asking for photos and then nothing after this, appalling customer service and I would expect to be refunded for the balloons.
I ordered balloons and cupcakes for my son’s 21st. They didn’t come on the day I had specified. They arrived 3 days late and the cakes were just an absolute mess in a box. Couldn’t use the cakes or balloons. Complained to customer services and over 3 weeks later they are ignoring me.
