Unable to mow 1/5 of an acre with a single charge...Only used the “Senix 60V, 21” Self Propelled Battery Powered Mower” once, just to find out that the battery charge is very iffy to say the least. My house has less than 1/5 of an acre to mow, lawn was not dense or particularly tall.Upon starting with the self-propelled mode on, the charge dropped two bars in less than 5 minutes; so it was clear that was a no go. Then, I turned the self propelled mode off and went on mowing… the problem is that even with the self propelled mode off, I was unable to mow the entire yard and had to give another partial charge in order to be able to finish. That is far cry from the advertised 1/2 to 1 acre cutting range. Either the battery is bad, something is wrong with the mower itself, or the specs are completely misleading.Contact Lowes (where I bought the unit), and was told to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer, received a standard script with information, responded to the script and got no further response. Bottom line, customer services at Lowes is a useless disgrace. And their manufacture/brand (Senix) warranty service is non-existent.
