I received a full set of your SENKEN knives as a gift for my 60th birthday in May 2024, and I was initially very impressed with the quality and design.However, I have recently encountered some issues. Small rust spots began to appear on the blades despite careful cleaning and drying. More importantly, on August 3, 2025, while cutting through a chicken drumstick and thigh, a chunk of steel unexpectedly broke off one of the knife blades.I believe this is not typical for your products, and I would like to inquire about the warranty coverage for this knife set. Could you please provide details on the warranty terms and the process for a full replacement?Thank you for your assistance.
