I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer support I received regarding a pair of headphones. Despite spending a considerable amount, the after-sales service was subpar compared to cheaper brands. After a few months, the headphones developed a rattling noise. When I contacted support, I was directed to a partner company, which was unhelpful. It took a long time to finally get my headphones repaired, and instead of receiving the same model, I got a different one without any explanation. This experience did not meet my expectations for quality service.
