I purchased three products, and all have had issues within a few years. The support process was lengthy and frustrating, requiring me to pay for returns without clear communication. One product even broke after just a year out of warranty. My negative feedback seems to have been ignored.
This does not feel like the premium brand I expected. The product quality is disappointing, with poor sound balance and a malfunctioning app. After contacting support and providing my receipt, I received no further communication. I won’t be purchasing again.
