Very disappointing repair experience…

Very disappointing repair experience with Sennheiser.I sent two MTW4 devices for repair and provided evidence showing both were packaged, including a packing video and an invoice for the second device. Sennheiser claims they only received one device and relied on parcel weight to deny responsibility for the second item.Although one replacement was provided, no inspection records or supporting evidence were shared to justify their conclusion. I am continuing to pursue this matter and expected better transparency.
