I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless with high expectations based on the brand’s reputation and the overall positive reviews.
While the sound quality and battery life were very good when they worked, I’m extremely disappointed with the durability. After a relatively short period of use, they stopped functioning properly.
At this price point, I expected far better long-term reliability. Sound quality means very little if the product cannot be relied upon.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the brand.

The sound quality is not that good.

The sound quality is not that good, maybe because I bought low budget ones, but I still expected more from Sennheiser even the price, well.

Product not worth the money and customer service even worse

Customer service support is non-existent. Despite purchasing in Germany and being covered by EU law, they just forward you to their warranty t&c’s, which doesn’t overrule the 24 month EU legal entitlement and refuse to help. The headphones were bought for me, finally received the invoice from the person who originally purchased them and waiting to hear from Sennheiser for their further abysmal customer support. This is my first Sennheiser product and will most definitely be the last.

I purchased Momentum 4 earbuds…

I purchased Momentum 4 earbuds approximately 10 months ago, and I am experiencing the same issue that other users have reported - a crackling noise in one of the earbuds. I have sent them for repair twice, with each repair taking approximately 6–8 weeks. A few days ago, I received the earbuds back again, but unfortunately, the same issue has reoccurred after a day of usage.I have barely been able to use the product, as it has spent most of the time at the repair centre, and the one-year warranty is about to expire, so I guess I will simply bin them after.

Very disappointing repair experience…

Very disappointing repair experience with Sennheiser.I sent two MTW4 devices for repair and provided evidence showing both were packaged, including a packing video and an invoice for the second device. Sennheiser claims they only received one device and relied on parcel weight to deny responsibility for the second item.Although one replacement was provided, no inspection records or supporting evidence were shared to justify their conclusion. I am continuing to pursue this matter and expected better transparency.

I was saved years to treat myself to buy this product, unfortunately sweat in the gym the headphones charged maximum 4-5 times stop to work . First I got repair USA second time can't open the option to send to Germany to fix all paper prints out to send by post I can't. I know Sennheiser on Trust pilot got bad reviews here in the UK. My cousin work and live in Germany. I need to contact with her to fix under warranty my products , or letter to ombudsman, may buy a Beyerdinamic, if I love Germany details sounds, even ,if I know not the same grade..may another 3-4 years I can save money for that..if you got family always goes the money somewhere…Just let me know please why you refuse proper help, because I'm not born this country, not sympathetic my name..or what is the exact reasonThat's the letter what I was sent to Sennheiser and waiting a proper respond... They good untill you buy there products that's all.. just a joke I bought third part company of course so they not bother any kind of help looks like... (I'm not a Boss , or Sony , Harman a bit too much almost like Focal lots of another awesome brand (Cambridge Audio,Audio Techica my previous,never let me down just different the British , Japanese and Germany sound details)...a fan when I was child fall in love the clearance of the sound from Sennheiser awesome untill charge , pairing the Bluetooth pfff ,connection baad probably software is it awful.. so what a great hardware without proper software those days... May they back for another great stuff I love them use to be ....

I bought these Sennheiser ACCENTUM True…

I bought these Sennheiser ACCENTUM True Wireless Earbuds and months after the right one started with crackling noise when I touched it. It appears in the reviews here that this is a common problem that the brand refuses to face. Shame, I was happy with them but now they get into my nerves. If someone ask me about them, you can imagine my answer. Buy something else, and perhaps read the reviews before buying! Not like I did :-(
