I’ve now had three separate pairs of Sennheiser headphones fail on me, all with the same issue: crackling and unusable sound in one ear. The most recent pair failed after just 8–9 months of normal use — and Sennheiser refuses to repair or replace it, claiming it’s out of warranty.This would be frustrating on its own, but what’s worse is the complete lack of accountability: • No escalation offered • No response to formal requests • Just a generic 20% voucher and my broken headphones shipped back unrepaired from Germany.For a premium brand, this level of service is shocking. Sennheiser used to stand for quality, but based on my experience, I’d strongly caution others before buying — especially given how poor their long-term support is.
