I purchased the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 earbuds with high hopes, but it has been a constant struggle. Over the course of just one year, I’ve had to replace the earbuds four times due to consistent quality issues. The left earbud would stop working, or I’d encounter battery issues where it keeps asking me to "recharge headset" despite the case being fully charged.Unfortunately, when I reached out for support this time, Sennheiser has ignored my requests and ceased to provide any assistance. Despite carefully following their reset instructions to try to fix the latest issue, there’s been no resolution, and now they’ve stopped responding entirely.I’m deeply disappointed, as I expected better from a brand like Sennheiser. I hope that by sharing my experience here, I might receive the customer service I deserve and that future buyers are aware of these recurring quality issues.
