Good product but the customer service (now outsourced to Sonova) is a DISGRACE. Not even fit for a low-cost airline let alone a quality audio brand.When I sent them my TW3 for repair they LOST it, then when after they asked for proof I proved that they lost it and not the post, they promised me (I have the EMAIL IN WRITING) they'd send me a new set which NEVER ARRIVED.SONOVA ARE LITERALLY LIARS.AVOID - NEVER AGAIN
