Never again

Never again. I returned my SportTrue wireless earbuds as one had completely stopped working. It took them 6 weeks to find them in their warehouse to acknowledge receipt and then they told me if I couldn't prove the purchase there was nothing they could do with them, despite indicating that they would be repaired for a fee if proof of purchase couldn't be provided. I bought them at an airport a year ago, obviously don't still have the receipt and my bank statement just says duty free £xx... apparently there's nothing they can do though which is ridiculous. Just repair the ear buds that shouldn't have broken in the first place and charge me the cost. Terrible customer service, this has been going on for months now with no end in sight. I will never buy from this company again.
