Like others here I WILL NEVER BE BUYING AGAIN. My bad experience is : one of the ‘gels’ on the ear buds that actually goes in the ear split so i needed a replacement but could not find at retail. I contacted 'customer no-service’ only to be told they do no longer make the gels that feature on ALL their models and would have to buy a new set(never going to happen). I replied to Patrick pointing this out and he no longer replies. I wrote to Andreas Sennheiser 3 times and he will not even acknowledge receipt so I wrote to the COO Peter Ogley who also ignores my mails I then wrote to all 3 of the together and they all ignored my mail !! This is all compounded by one of the buds intermittently just DOES NOT work (same happened to my son’s ?). A SHOCKING company with SHOCKING practices and it is not as though their products are inexpensive. I will NEVER buy sennheiser again…… you have been warned and not only by me.
