I will never buy Sennheiser equipment again After the terrible experience I just received from this company. 1/st Sep 2022 I bought a pair of PXC550 wireless headphones with 2 year warranty. After about 10 months the covers were becoming unglued from the head pieces, this gradually got worse and worse. I contacted them and received a returns number, I sent the units back on 7th Aug 2023, I included a letter that stated I needed these back by 29th Aug either repaired or un-repaired. Since then I have received no communication from the company, no acknowledgment of receipt, nothing. Since then I have contacted them again on 24th of Aug, I received a standard reply saying someone would contact me, it is now the 29th of Aug. And not a word from anyone. This company is either seriously understaffed or their systems are not working. I am travelling now for the next 6 months. So I need o buy a new pair if headphones, needless to say it won’t be Sennheiser.
