I ordered sennheiser earbuds that I have never received. Delivery was apparently attempted twice but in fact no one ever knocked at my door (I work full time from home). The UPS update said earbuds are on the way to be sent back to supplier. I contacted sennheiser customer services as this is their obligation to make sure the product is delivered to customer. They refused to contact their chosen delivery company and said that if I want to receive earbuds I should contact UPS myself as they wouldn’t do that. Alternatively, they advised, I can wait for the earbuds to be sent back to them in order to get my money back but they didn’t know how long it would take and wouldn’t help with this either. My money has been taken, item never delivered and no support provided.
