Purchased a pair of Sennheiser neckband wireless headphones via john lewis less than a year ago. They stopped working properly but under 2 year warranty I was told to send them to Sennheiser (at my own cost) for repair/replacement. I received an email from them, not mentioning repair, but advising that my model is discontinued and to choose another pair from their website as replacement. However, I had a limited budget and could not choose any that have to come from a dealer. As this has greatly restricted my options I have had to choose a cheaper pair that are nothing like my original purchase...more annoyingly, they are still advertising on their site a pair the same as the ones I originally bought but as these have 'contact a dealer' to get them I cant get them as a replacement. All in all, not great service for a product still under warranty and less than a year old.
