Do not buy from Sennheiser direct. My order was messed up in shipping and never reached me. It's supposed to be on way back to Sennheiser but they are refusing to either resend or refund right now. I am being treated very badly and this is ruining the Sennheiser brand. I'm now looking at other well known German headphone brands who will treat me with more respect. Sennheiser can spend all it wants on marketing but if it treats customers like this the marketing team is wasting its money
