Unreal customer service!

Amazing customer service dealing with my issue promptly - my headphones broke last year, and I was worried as I did not have my receipt as the headphones were gifted to me. The issue was resolved ever so quickly, and within no time I had a brand new pair of headphones, no questions asked! Unreal customer service thank you Sennheiser (and Rebecca who dealt with my enquiry)! I would take all of the recent bad reviews with a pinch of salt as the service and products are really top notch!
