Terrible after sales service when trying to return a product. Got an email from Digital River promising a further email with shipping info and label, but have received nothing after 2 weeks. DHL driver turned up to collect, but could not as I had no label. Driver said he would contact manager and sort, but still nothing from Digital River several days later. Sennheiser contact form completed, but no response from them either. Will probably never buy from Sennheiser again after being a life long fan of their headphones, with several purchases going back many years.
