Purchased an Ambeo Plus soundbar some months ago. Very expensive and, in theory, high end sound product. Absolute lie. The product freezes from time to time due to a firmware problem reported to Sennheiser by many other buyers. Support does not exist. They do not reply emails, do not provide a phone number and DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Think twice if you are planning to buy anything from this brand.
