It's genuinely sad what's happened to Sennheiser seemingly since Sonova took over. I've been a customer for decades, and they once were a consistently affordable, but high quality brand.I got a pair of cx6.00 BT Bluetooth earbuds for Christmas 2022. One of the buds fell to pieces within a month. I got them replaced under warranty with a new pair of cx350 BTs. Once I'd finished with my temporary pair of Sony earphones, I found the new earbuds wouldn't charge out of the packet. I got them replaced for the third time, and the right earbud stopped working after a month. Perhaps Sonova are now buying from Temu? I can't think of any other reason for the incredibly poor build quality of their products. Now, the original warranty is up, so I can't replace this third defective pair. It's a shame, because Sennheiser are now off my list of preferred brands. I guess you learn the hard way.
