I purchased some Bluetooth CX ear buds at the end of April 2023 for gym workouts. I've hardly used them as had surgery in June so was not at the gym from June to August and on vacation in September. The right bud has always intermittently worked. It now doesn't work at all. I've done the whole troubleshoot thing which made no difference. I had hoped to either receive a refund or replacement but had very many protracted conversations about it being repaired instead. I'm not keen on this option as just think it's faulty item. It also means I'm without any headphones for the 3 weeks or more it's being looked at. I'll be buying from elsewhere therefore. Very disappointed.
