If I could give no stars I would.

If I could give no stars I would.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I placed an order for headphones which they sent out by UPS who offered me no flexibility or options about delivery and then stated that I failed to be in on 3 occasions when they were not prepared to allow me to choose a more suitable delivery option. I contacted Sennheiser customer services 4 days ago and am yet to receive a reply. I feel like I have been scammed.
