Flippant customer service that try and pass the buck constantly... I'm on my second of tw3 and momentum 4s, issue with the m4s is bad implementation of Bluetooth, no other earphones ever used have had the crackling issue I encounter, sennheiser try to blame win11... and the tw3s yet again have started creating a pulsing chirp in the right bud (same as last pair) and unbalanced audio... sick of it.. swapping for sonys
